I. Transaction Terms on Salework.net

1. Definition:

Customer/buyer/you: Individuals/organizations in Vietnam want to buy and use services provided on the Salework website.

2. General Terms:

Salework.net is an online sales channel providing cloud applications to help businesses and business households operate and manage their business efficiently and conveniently.
The parties commit not to conduct transactions that are inappropriate to Vietnamese culture, customs or forbidden by international and Vietnamese law.
The buyer clearly understands their rights, responsibilities, and voluntarily makes purchases at the Salework.net website.
All transactions through Salework.net are understood as you have read and committed to agreeing to this policy.

You should read the terms specified in this policy clearly to avoid any unintended misunderstandings.

II. Responsibilities of the Parties

1. Responsibilities of the Salework.net website:

Ensure your order transaction process is safe.
Monitor, update information, advise and support you to complete procedures for successful transactions.
Salework.net commits to support you in handling any arising situations during and after purchasing and upon receiving the goods according to our policy.

2. Responsibilities of the Buyer:

The buyer is responsible for paying the full amount listed on the Salework.net website.
Provide accurate personal/organization information for ordering;
Research product details before purchasing, such as price, usage period… of the service before placing an order.
Product quality responsibility for purchases on Salework.net belongs to Salework.net. You must read the product description carefully.

III. Service Terms for Customers

1. Acceptance:

Registering an account on Salework.net means the customer agrees to these general transaction terms and the general policies relating to information security, including but not limited to the privacy policy and customer information protection according to Decree 13/2023/ND-CP of the Government on personal data protection.

2. Ordering:

To place orders/use services of Salework.net, customers must provide Salework.net: Name; email address, phone number; valid contact address. Customers certify the information provided is accurate and will update promptly if any change occurs.

3. Security:

You are responsible for all activities on Salework.net performed by you or with your consent. If you detect or suspect any unauthorized use, disclosure, or theft of your information, or any security breach, you must promptly notify Salework.net.

4. Warranty and Declarations:

You warrant and declare that: You are at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a guardian and are permitted to access and enter this agreement, and you only use the services of Salework.net for lawful purposes.

5. Personal Data Protection:

To provide you with high-quality services, we collect certain personal information including but not limited to name, address, email address and phone numbers. Our information practices comply with the Salework.net Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property:

The Salework.net website, user interface, content and all related software are the exclusive property of Salework.net or third-party providers, protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.

IV. Other Important Terms

Complaints and Returns:

Any complaint about loss or damage to service must be submitted to Salework.net within 3 days from the date the goods are delivered to you. We will support you as soon as possible for returns, refunds or exchanges according to the Return and Refund Policy.

Children's Privacy:

These services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by Vietnamese law, without conflict of law principles.
